Welcome to Munich!
The Munich Weekend (MüWo) is one of the largest IAESTE summer reception weekends in Europe. Get ready for a weekend full of fun challenges, new friends, city tours, Bavarian food and beer, Bavarian culture (read: more beer) and, last but not least, PARTY, before leaving on Sunday, very exhausted, but extremely happy!

Friday (30. June 2023)
| 2 pm to 6:30 pm | Arrival and check-in at hostel |
| 6:30 pm to 7 pm | Walk to Bierstube |
| 7 pm to 10 pm | Dinner at Bierstube |
| 10 pm onward or 10 pm to 11:30 pm | Pub Crawl + Club (drinks + entry for club not included) or Walk over Tollwood Festival/Market |
Saturday (1. July 2023)
| 7 am to 9:30 am | Long Breakfast |
| 9:30 am to 10 am | Walk to the first stop of the City Challenge |
| 10 am to 1:30 pm | City Challenge |
| 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm | Lunch and Group Photo |
| 2:30 pm to 5 pm | Afternoon Activities |
| 5 pm to 6 pm | Break |
| 6 pm to 11 pm | BBQ Dinner |
| 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm or 11 pm to 1 am or 11 pm onward | Walk over Tollwood or Stay at Backstage or Club |
Sunday (2. July 2023)
| 7 am to 10:30 am | Long Breakfast + check-out |
| 10:30 am to 11 am | Closing ceremony |
| 11 am to 12 pm | Train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Post-Conference Tour) |
| 12 pm onwards | Post-Conference Tour at Garmisch-Partenkirchen |
